we have Laundry facilities

Don't worry you don't need to let your laundry pile up on your vacation, and you don't need to drive across town to do it either! We have our own laundry facilities, within feet of your parking space!

Its only $1.75 to wash, and $1.25 to dry. Quarters are usually available at the office.

YOU CAN DUMP YOUR TANK FOR $5.00

We have a dump station located on north side of the park. On busy 3-day weekends regular spaces are also available for dumping.

Potable water is $2.00

For approximately 40 Gallons. Just bring your own hose.

Mail boxes are AVAILABLE for monthly tenants

Picnic Area

Located near our laundry room we have a grassy picnic area, with a tree and picnic tables.
