Staying Nightly is $40.00

This includes water, sewer, and electricity.

All overnight spaces are approx. 60 ft pull-through's.

Two adults included plus children are free.

$1.00 per extra adult.

Our Weekly Rate is $225.00

THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, AND ELECTRICITY.

Weekly tenants must leave the park for

one night every eight months.

* Requires a $25.00 non-refundable background and credit check for each prospective tenant over 18.

Our Monthly Rate is $366.00 + Electricity

This includes water and sewer. All monthly spaces are metered and charged ACCORDINGLY.

* Requires a $25.00 non-refundable background and credit check for each prospective tenant over 18, two month minimum stay, $375.00 security deposit, rental application & agreement.

Monthly Storage is $55.00

* Requires a $25.00 non-refundable background and credit check, two month minimum stay, $60.00 security deposit, storage application & agreement.
